  • I can't see the schedule
    Once the DPE made a schedule, you can check by 'Refreshing' this website. (F5 button)
  • What if I want to cancel/ reschedule
    Once you make a schedule following the above, you will receive an email that includes all the details. However, if you cancel after the specific time frame that a DPE set, you cannot receive your deposit. Also if you want to reschedule, you can only do so within the specific time frame.
